Spring, or is it winter?

A day of contrasts: feeling quite raw in the strong breeze, carrying through heavy wintery showers, with hail and the odd flake of snow. Brighter spells between the showers, which eased during the afternoon, which became quite pleasant for a time.  One or two showers returned in the evening, again with a touch of winter in the mix, but in between there were some clear spells when the gibbous moon could be seen close in the sky to a very bright Jupiter.
