Another dry day, yes, two together - the first time we've truly been able to say that this month! That says a lot about July this year: not the worst by any means but generally damp, wet at times and, with an exception at the start of the month, a tad cooler than we'd want.
Anyway, back to today, which was generally fine, sunny and warmer than of late, with a scattering of fair-weather cotton wool clouds. Towards the afternoon there were signs of a change though - a drop in temperature, increasing amounts of cloud and clear indications of a weather front approaching from the west.
