All change!

The day started brightly with once again clear skies, warm sunshine but an early morning chill in the air.  It didn't last though - thick cloud soon descended from the north and suddenly the air became noticeably damp and cool.  This lasted for most of the day with the occasional outbreak of light rain towards evening.  The forecasted rainfall stayed away though but our fine and dry spell has certainly come to an end - temperatures today were almost 8°C down on yesterday.
