Chilly and cloudy

Apart from the lightest of drizzle for a short spell over lunchtime, today was once again dry, but again the wind, this steady run of north-westerlies we've experienced recently, pegged back the temperatures well below the seasonal average.  It was actually warmer on the first of January (max 12.6°C) than it was today!  There was also much more cloud than yesterday, so we didn't have the sun to lift things at all.
